Olochat AI Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Controller: Gustave Nganso. Any question or request: contact@olochat.ca.

Application: name, email, WhatsApp number, city and country of residence, time zone, years of experience, professional situation, main language, CV, links to your code repositories and professional profile, weekly availability, connection quality, hardware, your two written answers, how you heard about us and your notes. Purpose: evaluate your application and organise admission.

Admission: your submitted guided exercise work, interview notes, decision and its justification. Purpose: selection, and traceability of our decisions.

Registration and training: billing details, payment status, attendance, submitted work, evaluation scores, contribution history. Purpose: perform the training contract and issue the attestation.

Outcome follow-up: if you consented, your answers to questionnaires at 3, 6 and 12 months. Purpose: measure and publish our outcomes in aggregated and anonymous form.

Site: audience measurement without tracking cookies or advertising profiling.

Pricing zone: your IP address is used, at the moment the page renders, to infer your country and point out which of the three zones applies to you. The result is not stored, not attached to your file, and not used to set any amount: it highlights a line you can read for yourself on the pricing page. If the country is unknown, the page is unchanged.

The site offers its own conversational assistant, Olotalk, a product of Olochat AI Inc. It answers visitor questions from the pages published on olochat.ca, and the site works entirely without it.

As soon as a page loads, the script asks the Olotalk service for its configuration, a request that carries your IP address as any web request does. No conversation exists, however, and nothing about you is recorded, until you have written to it.

When you use it, what is sent is your messages, the address and visible text of the page you are writing from, your browser language, and the page or campaign that brought you here. Purpose: understand your question and answer it from our content. What is kept is the conversation, a randomly drawn session identifier attached to no account, the language, and an approximate location, country, region, city and time zone, inferred from your IP address when the conversation opens. The IP address itself is not stored.

This data stays with us, on our servers in Toronto, Canada, and only two flows leave it. To write each answer, your question, the conversation in progress and the relevant excerpts of our content are sent to a language model provider established in the United States. Encrypted backups are held in American storage. The search index, for its part, is computed on the Canadian server and does not leave it.

The assistant sets no cookie. It may keep in your browser the language you chose and, where applicable, the fact that you acknowledged its notice.

A conversation with an assistant is not a secure channel: do not write sensitive information into it, and send anything touching your file by email. Deletion of your conversations can be requested at contact@olochat.ca.

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use it for targeted advertising. We do not share your CV or contact details with employers, or anyone else, without your written request. We never publish identifiable individual outcomes.

Application and database hosting, file storage, transactional email sending, appointment booking, payment provider, video conferencing platform, code repository hosting, audience measurement.

The current named list is available on request at contact@olochat.ca. Some providers may process data outside your country of residence. We choose providers with appropriate contractual safeguards.

Rejected applications: 24 months, then deletion. Admitted files: duration of the training, then 7 years for accounting obligations and duplicate attestation issuance. Admission exercise submissions: archived 90 days after the decision, then deleted. Outcome follow-up data: 36 months after the end of training. Technical logs: 12 months.

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or withdraw your consent at any time, including outcome follow-up consent, without consequence for your participation. Write to contact@olochat.ca. We answer within 30 days.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the competent authority in your country of residence. In Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Encryption in transit and at rest, access restricted to the people who need it, audit log of personal data consultations, automated purge at the deadlines above.

If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we inform the people concerned and the competent authorities.

Our programmes are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about people under 18.
