Application is free. It creates no right to admission. Admission is decided by Olochat AI based on the file, the guided exercise and the interview. Seats are limited and assigned as decisions are made.

You agree to provide accurate information and submit personal work. Using a third party to complete the admission exercise, or using assistance where it is forbidden, leads to rejection of the application.

Public programme fees are published on the site. They follow a three-zone grid based on the World Bank income classification. The applicable zone is determined by the country of residence declared in the file, not by nationality.

Company services, private cohorts, intensives, workshops and custom formats are presented on the site with indicative budgets. They are governed by a separate quote or contract, which specifies scope, price, applicable taxes, deadlines and cancellation terms.

Payment for a public programme happens after admission and conditions seat confirmation. Instalment payments follow the schedule communicated at admission.

Olochat AI undertakes to deliver the programme described in the course plan provided at registration, provide the necessary technical access, and make recordings available to registered participants.

The participant undertakes to dedicate the required time, respect other participants and the instructor, not distribute recordings or materials outside the cohort, not disclose confidential information from client organisations and respect the AI tools usage policy.

Course materials, assignments, starter repositories and recordings remain the property of Olochat AI. They are licensed to you for personal learning use, without redistribution rights.

The code you write belongs to you. For projects completed with a client organisation, applicable terms are specified in the project scoping sheet, signed before the production block starts.

Olochat AI prepares people for a profession; it does not place anyone. No guarantee of employment, contract, income or professional outcome is given, explicitly or implicitly. Published outcomes are aggregated data from past cohorts and are not an individual forecast.

Olochat AI's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the participant. Olochat AI is not responsible for interruptions caused by events outside its control.

Law of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws. These terms may be modified. The version applicable to your registration is the one in force on your admission date.
