Refund policy

You can request a full refund of amounts paid until the last day of week 2 of the programme, without justification. Write to contact@olochat.ca. The refund is made within 14 days using the same payment method.

No refund is due after the end of week 2, because the seat can no longer be reassigned. In case of a documented major impediment, Olochat AI may offer a full transfer of your seat to the next cohort, with no additional fee.

Cancellation by you before the onboarding meeting: full refund. Cancellation of the cohort by Olochat AI: full refund, whatever the reason.

In case of refund, only amounts actually paid are refunded, and remaining instalments are cancelled. The refund is made to the person or organisation that paid.
