The supervised apprenticeship

Thirteen weeks is enough to ship a first feature inside a team. It is not always enough to own a whole system. That is what the apprenticeship is for.

7 to 11 weeks, 10 to 15 hours a week, a weekly review with the instructor, and one scope to ship, defined up front.

A minority of graduates, chosen after demo day based on delivery quality and demonstrated reliability during Block III. Not automatic, not purchasable.

Not a job, not a hiring promise, not a placement. It is supervised work on real projects, with a deliverable at the end.

Invitations are sent privately within 72 hours after demo day.
